RACE University and Industry partners:
Queensland University of Technology (QUT)
Previous education and work background:
I hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in urban planning and studies. I am currently pursuing a PhD and working as a Research Assistant at QUT’s School of Architecture and Built Environment. My expertise lies in urban planning, geospatial analysis, and artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience in GIS, remote sensing, optimisation modelling, and city-scale data analytics.
What attracted you to the RACE Industry PhD?
I am motivated by research that doesn’t stop at publication—RACE links my urban AI work directly with industry needs in climate adaptation. The program’s applied focus, access to partners, and pathway to real-world pilots are exactly what I’ve been looking for.
What do you hope to achieve?
I want to keep learning and evolving, always seeking new knowledge and experiences. My goal is to grow as a person who never stops exploring, questioning, and improving.
