Previous education and work background:
I completed my bachelor’s degree in software engineering and my master’s degree in information technology, with a background in programming and data analysis.
What attracted you to the RACE Industry PhD?
I wanted to work on research that directly supports the shift to cleaner and smarter energy systems. The RACE program allows me to do work that matters to both research and industry.
When you were young, what did you want to be when you were older?
A teacher. I always loved explaining things and helping people understand complex ideas.
What do you hope to achieve?
I hope to become an expert market analyst in the energy sector and contribute to smarter, more efficient energy systems.
What are you most looking forward to?
I’m most looking forward to making a positive impact on the world through my work.
What innovation/change would you like to see in 5-10 years’ time?
I hope to see an energy system that runs mostly on renewables and is clean, reliable, and accessible to everyone.
